Owner and founder Angie Macfarlane is a Personal Trainer, with a unique way of connecting effortlessly with clients, to motivate and inspire everyone to a new level.
Coming from a HR and business management background, Angie has always enjoyed leading an active, sporty life. She seized the opportunity in 2011 to get qualified, so she could spend more time doing what she loved best, which is helping others to achieve so much more from life.
Realising mindset is a huge part of achieving goals, Angie is dedicated to providing a more supportive, holistic approach to the health & fitness industry, as well as raising the bar when it comes to customer and personal service. Her lively nature and infectious enthusiasm is immediately obvious to everyone who meets her.

Studio Manager setting a high standard in all she does, with a keen eye for detail. With a positive outlook on life, Rachael loves a challenge. Devoted to her family and her own fitness during time off from the studio.
Our highly efficient and welcoming Receptionist, Jennie keeps the Team on track paper-wise! A dedicated Mum who spends most of her spare time at dance competitions with daughter Lily.
A keen rugby player, Mark knows all about the benefits of fitness. Currently studying Sports Fitness at University, he's a conscientious and committed Trainer, who adds some younger energy and enthusiasm to our top Team!
The newest member of our Team and another late comer to the industry, full of enthusiasm and as keen as mustard to develop her skills. A keen runner and biker in her spare time, she's fitter and stronger than she'll ever admit!
As a REPs* registered facility, all our PTs are qualified to a minimum of Level 3 Personal Trainer. Amongst others, between us we hold:
