Our purpose-designed studio is full of the latest ergonomic equipment, suitable for all levels of fitness. Catering to a range of clients and unique goals, this colourful, energising space is perfect for one-to-one or group training sessions.

All Fitforlife personal trainers are truly passionate about making a difference to your fitness, health and happiness. We know that the best results come from a fun, positive experience so that's what we create with every session.

Based in our intimate, privately run studio in Helensburgh, one-to-one sessions are where we excel.

Gyms can be intimidating places... that's where our friendly, knowledgeable trainers come into their own. We will work with you to develop an individual training and dietary plan for your personal needs and lifestyle.

  • Rachael Peddie-Temple

    Studio Manager setting a high standard in all she does, with a keen eye for detail. With a positive outlook on life, Rachael loves a challenge. Devoted to her family and her own fitness during time off from the studio.

  • Nicky

    Nicky Heath

    Nicky is a Personal Trainer, as well as an experienced and enthusiastic Group Instructor. As a dedicated Army Reserve, he likes to think of himself as the toughie of the Team ... but he's really a big softie at heart!

  • Jennie Gillmore

    Our highly efficient and welcoming Receptionist, Jennie keeps the Team on track paper-wise! A dedicated Mum who spends most of her spare time at dance competitions with daughter Lily. A true asset to Fitforlife!

  • Mark Ashdown

    A keen rugby player, Mark knows all about the benefits of fitness. Currently studying Sports Fitness at University, he's a conscientious and committed Trainer, who adds some younger energy and enthusiasm to our top Team!

As a REPs* registered facility, all our PTs are qualified to a minimum of Level 3 Personal Trainer. Amongst others, between us we hold:

Spin & Studio Cycling, GP Referral, Suspension Training, Cardio Rehab, Kettlercise & Kettlebells, Life Coaching, Powerhoop, Weight Management, FBX & Comprehensive Core Conditioning.
